I gave Representative Caspar 5 Stars at 13289 Worth Ave Smoketown Station Woodbridge, VA 22193. From the moment I walked into the store Caspar was present and ready to help me find all the clothing pieces I needed! Caspar’s Customer Service was truly remarkable. 5 star Manager level service!!! My shopping experience was the best yet @DXL!! I spent about $360 while visiting this beautiful store. My money was well spent, I can’t wait to visit again in the near future!!! -JAE-

I went yesterday to buy a couple of jeans, I started gaining weight and now my jean measure are 46-48 x 30 and it't really difficult to find good looking clothes. Not only the store have really good quality brands also the staff is really friendly. Elsie i think was her name quickly started to be friendly and try to help. She was like those fashion person that know what kind of jeans look best on you. She recommended a few saw how they fit on me and went looking for more. I bought two and will come by another day to get some shoes and a sport jacket maybe. Expensive though, but worth it.

Sales associate Casper was extremely patient and helpful. My boyfriend needed a business casual outfit with little time for alterations. He was unsure of his sizing due to recent weight loss. After many trips to dressing room and suggestions from associate, we were able to get him squared away! Thanks so much for friendly/helpful customer service!

I went into the Woodbridge, Virginia location today and met Cassidy. She was awesome very open and friendly and able to assist me with a few random questions. Being a big guy the selection is always amazing! if your looking for the big and tall shirts there isn't really another place that has them let alone a selection like they do!

I am going to a wedding Saturday and needed some new clothes to wear. I decided to come here and hopefully find something good. I was greated right away by Rachel. She helped me choose from several arrangements she set out for me to accompany my wife's outfit for the wedding. The tie, shirt and pants will look great together. Thank you Rachel for your help. I just wanted to say thank you to Mrs. Teresa. Teresa was kind and helpful. Last month I came in to the store to find a shirt for my daughter’s preschool graduation. Teresa found the perfect shirt. I received so many compliments at the graduation. Teresa also found a nice blazer in my size. The cool part of this shopping experience was how Teresa asked my daughter to help me put on the blazer.
